ABOUT PIERCE & ASSOCIATES

Since 1975 Pierce & Associates – Builders, LLC have been building homes and light commercial structures in the Helena Montana area. Pierce & Associates – Builders is considered a full service custom design/build firm offering the professional services of custom design and building of residential and light commercial structures, as well as remodel and excavation services.

It is the philosophy of the owner, Bill Pierce, that time reveals the importance of creating dwellings that will contribute not only to the original owner, but also to the future owners and the long-term well being of the neighborhood and community.

Pierce & Associates is committed to quality construction utilizing current building technology and skilled craftsmen dedicated to doing their very best. Many of these craftsmen have worked for Bill for years and have helped build the reputation of Pierce & Associates as “Master Builders”. We strive to provide value to every customer – regardless of what price range they are building in.

Owner

Bill Pierce is a Montana native who is committed to quality construction and customer value, and has a well-known reputation for honesty in his business dealings. He has a “hands on” construction background dating back more than 30 years and holds an engineering degree from Montana State University. Bill is a long time member of the Montana Building Industry Association and the Helena Building Industry Association and has served as president of both organizations.

Daryl Guse_________________________________________________________
Project Manager

Daryl contributes over 14 years of construction and drafting experience to Pierce & Associates.  As Project Manager, Daryl coordinates the use of craftsmen, subcontractors, building professionals, and suppliers to assure the projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Daryl’s technical training and expertise with computer design software enables the company to provide state-of-the-art plans for any project.

Eric contributes over 15 years of field experience and construction management experience along with computer aided design skills.

General Superintendent

(1989- present) Jason brings many years of experience as an accomlished craftsman having hands-on experience building many highly detailed homes and structures for Pierce & Associates.

Vicki Sime_________________________________________________________
Office Manager

Vicki manages the Pierce & Associates financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and job costing. Vicki hs been employed in an administrative/accounting capacity for more than 20 years.

Subcontractors

Pierce & Associates realizes that in order to maintain a high quality of workmanship throughout our projects, we must utilize subcontracts and suppliers that take the same pride in their work as we do. Therefore, we hire subcontractors that have had previous working experience with us in order to maintain the quality-finished product that our clients expect. In addition, we require all of our subcontractors to have proper and current insurance and licensing prior to commencement of any work.
